Suleman May Be Forced To Move After Court Tosses Her Bankruptcy Case

LA HABRA (CBS) — "Octomom" Nadya Suleman could soon be forced to move out of her La Habra home.

Suleman's bankruptcy case was tossed out of court after she reportedly failed fill out all of the necessary paperwork. If completed, the proceedings would have halted the foreclosure and auction of her home.

Suleman and her 14 children could be forced to move from the home very soon.

Last month, authorities declined to take any action after her hair stylist complained about possible health violations at the home.
