LOS ANGELES (CBS) Matt Kemp is expected to return on May 29th after the Dodgers placed him on the 15-Day DL with and injured hamstring, says the LA Times.

The powerful righty was hitting .359, 12 HR’s and 28 RBI’s before injuring his hamstring Sunday

Mattingly said he wants to have Kemp play a minor-league game before his return to the Dodgers.

Kemp had the longest consecutive games streak end on Sunday at 399, which was the longest by any active player.
