Man Found Fatally Shot Along 105 Freeway; Probe Under Way
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Authorities Sunday continued to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man whose body was found along the Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway just east of Los Angeles International Airport.
The discovery was made about 9:50 p.m. Saturday in the unincorporated area of Lennox near the Hawthorne Boulevard exit.
Sheriff's homicide detectives have been assigned to the case and are asking anyone with information to call (323) 890-5500.
The victim has been identified as a male black adult.
His name, however, has not been released.
No other information was immediately available.
