Police, Volunteers Round Up Dozens Of Abandoned Cats At Skid Row Church

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Police officers will be working with volunteers this weekend to try and rescue dozens of cats who were being fed for years by a church on Skid Row.

The Grace Church closed this week and now more than 50 cats and kittens have been forced to find food on the city streets.

For information on adopting or fostering one of these cats contact Voice For The Animals (VFTA) at (310) 392-5153 or e-mail them at adoption@vftafoundation.org.
