Vikings Draft USC Tackle Matt Kalil 4th Overall
(CBS) — The Minnesota Vikings swapped draft picks with the Cleveland Browns and still landed their priority target.
Using the fourth overall pick at the NFL draft, the Vikings selected USC left tackle Matt Kalil .
The 6-foot-7, 306-pound Kalil gave up his final season of eligibility to enter the draft.
Kalil was the second player from the Pac-12 selected in the top-four picks, joining Stanford's Andrew Luck, who went first overall to Indianapolis.
