In “MAKING PIECE: A Memoir of Love, Loss, and Pie” Howard discusses the devastating death of her husband and how pies, and a journey in his RV, helped her heal. Howard visited CBS2 / KCAL9 to discuss the launch of her book and offer some baking tips.
Her blog, TheWorldNeedsMorePie, which launched in 2007, has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, the New York Times, and NPR’s Weekend Edition.
