Lohan's Probation Terminated In Final Progress Hearing

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Actress Lindsay Lohan's probation from her 2001 DUI conviction was terminated Thursday in her final progress report hearing.

Lohan finished up 480 hours of community service at the Los Angeles County morgue Wednesday and therapy sessions to officially complete the terms of her probation.

"She has done everything that this court has asked of her," Judge Stephanie Sautner said.

Her formal probation in a 2011 Venice necklace theft case was converted to summary probation, under which she would not have to check in with a probation officer, but must obey all laws.

"Thank you for being fair and its really opened a lot of doors for me," Lohan told Sautner.

Sautner also reminded the actress to "stop nightclubbing and focus on your work."

Lohan's summary probation will end on May 24, 2014.
