FLAAS, Honda Team Up To Promote LA Pet Adoptions

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — SoCal Honda is continuing its commitment of being Helpful in the community with a series of Helpful Honda Pet Adoptions over the next month.

Teresa Lugo of Honda and Jane Mass from Friends of Los Angeles Animal Shelters stopped by the KCAL9 studios Wednesday to talk about the upcoming adoptions.

The Helpful Honda Guys are working with local shelters and rescue organizations, including FLAAS, throughout Southern California to raise awareness for pet adoption, which is a very important cause to the company.

Two adoption events with FLAAS are being held on March 24th at West L.A. Shelter on Pico Boulevard and on March 25th at L.A. Love and Leashes in the Westside Pavilion.

All adopted pets will be sent home with a new collar and leash and the first 25 dogs adopted will be micro-chipped for free.
