4x4 Enthusiasts To Hold Fundraiser To Aid Family Of Dad Killed In Accident
SIMI VALLEY (CBS) — Jim Kuns loved his 4x4.
Last weekend, the 42-year-old married father of two, died doing what he loved.
His friends, many of them members of a 4x4 club, are holding a fundraiser to honor him and help to raise money for his widow and the couple's two kids.
The community is rallying so Kuns' family doesn't lose their home.
The fundraiser will be held Friday, starting at 6 p.m. at Cronies Sports Grill (2752 Cochran Street, Simi Valley 93065, 805-583-9999.)
A percentage of the profits will be donated to the family. There will also be a donation booth at the event.
And, of course, there will also be a 4x4 show, there too...as Kuns' friends said he would have wanted.
