16-Year-Old Invents Dissolvable Sugar Packets

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Her invention has already won her $20,000 and taken her to the White House where she impressed President Obama.

Hayley Hoveter, a junior at Downtown Magnet High School in East Los Angeles, joined us on KCAL9 News at 8 a.m. Saturday to tell us more about her dissolvable sugar packets.
