STUDIO CITY (CBS)— Mishael Ondieki, the author of "Billionaires Guide to Foreclosure: A Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Out of Trouble," is working with chambers of commerce and other trade organizations to educate small businesses how to raise capital from private lenders, regardless of their credit history or rating.

He stopped by KCAL9 Wednesday to spill his financial secrets.

Ondieki is teaching the same model used by founders of multi-national companies, such as Wal-Mart and Tyson Foods, to borrow when they started their businesses.
