Dodgers, Clayton Kershaw Agree To 2-Year Contract
(CBS) - The Los Angeles Dodgers and Clayton Kershaw have avoided salary arbitration and agreed to a two-year, $19 million contract on Tuesday.
The 2011 National League Cy Young winner requested $10 million per season from the Dodgers.

Kershaw will receive a $500,000 signing bonus and salaries of $7.5 million this season and $11 million in 2013.
The 23-year-old went 21-5 last season, while earning $500,000.
