PASADENA (CBS) — The 28th annual Rose Bowl hotline is open for business.

The Tournament of Roses Royal Court made it official at a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Pasadena Convention Center.

A set of Rose Parade and Rose Bowl game tickets will be handed out to the winners of a live, call-in contest. Dial 1 (877) 793-9911 for a chance to win.

The hotline, which will operate Friday through Jan. 3, will be taking questions during the following hours:

December 30: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
December 31: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
January 1: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
January 2: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
January 3: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
