Jaymee Mandeville, Mixologist and bar manager of Drago Centro in Downtown LA, visited the KCAL 9 studios Thursday and brought along some festive drink recipes made with Karlsson's Gold Vodka to ring in the new year.

2 oz Karlsson's vodka
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
4-5 basil leaves
Splash of Champagne or sparkling wine
In a highball muddle basil, add rocks then pour vodka, lime and sugar, top with champagne and stir with a bar spoon.

3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz triple sec
5 blackberries
In a mixing glass, muddle blackberries, add other ingredients, shake and strain into a martini glass with a sea salt and sugar rim

1 oz carrot juice
1/4 oz orange marmalade
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 dashes Tabasco
1 oz cucumber
In a mixing glass, muddle cucumber, add all other ingredients, shake and fine strain over ice in a highball glass.
