SoCal Teen Makes The Record Books For Mountain Climbing
BIG BEAR (CBS) — A Southern California teen has made the record books!
Jordan Romero, 15, is the youngest person to successfully climb to the summit of the seven tallest mountains on all of the Earth's seven continents.
At the age of 13, Romero scaled Mt. Everest and at just 10 years old, he climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa.
On Saturday, the teen from Big Bear reached the top of Mt. Vinson Massif in Antarctica after four days of climbing.
