Family 'Thankful, Blessed' As Bryan Stow Sits Up For Thanksgiving Photo

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — The family of a Dodgers fan who was assaulted on Opening Day said Friday they have much to be thankful for this holiday season.

Relatives of Bryan Stow said they "could not feel more thankful and blessed" as Stow continues to undergo rehabilitation therapy after the April assault at Dodger Stadium.

Stow has made significant progress in his recovery after suffered major physical and mental injuries in the assault that sparked several arrests and renewed calls for beefed-up security at the stadium.

While acknowledging Stow still has much more ahead of him in terms of therapy, they said they are "well aware [they] have SO much to be thankful for".

Visit the Support For Bryan Stow website to offer your well-wishes and check on Stow's progress.
