LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Two people were shot, one fatally, in a drive-by attack in South Los Angeles Wednesday afternoon.

The gunfire was reported at 3:04 p.m. at 84th Place and Normandie Avenue in the Los Angeles Police Department’s 77th Street Division, said Officer Norma Eisenman.

One victim was found at that location, and the second victim was found “down the street,” she said.

The suspect was driving a green four-door Ford Taurus.

The first victim was on a minibike and was shot in the head, according to an eyewitness. The second victim’s wounds were reportedly not life- threatening.
