'KNX On Your Corner' Puts Listeners 'On The Boulevard' Dec. 9

LOS ANGELES (KNX 1070) — KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO will shine a spotlight on Ventura Boulevard in the San Fernando Valley on Friday, Dec. 9 with the debut of "KNX on Your Corner." The series will take an in-depth look at different communities throughout Southern California.

From Studio City to Woodland Hills, the day's programming will focus on the rich history and variety of businesses along Ventura Boulevard. Community leaders and local residents will be featured guests and KNX will broadcast live much of the day from Jerry's Deli (16650 Ventura Boulevard) in Encino, a longtime favorite on the boulevard.

The live coverage will begin 5:00 – 9:00am with news anchors Vicky Moore and Chris Sedens. At 1:00pm, Frank Mottek will host the KNX Business Hour and from 2:00 – 7:00pm Diane Thompson and Jim Thornton will lead the news coverage.
