Driver Jumps Out of Burning RV On 5 Freeway
NEWHALL (CBS) — A woman jumped out of a burning RV, leaving it with no driver shortly before 9:30 p.m. Thursday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The vehicle was abandoned on the northbound 5 freeway in the Newhall pass.
Northbound lanes were closed as crews extinguished the fire and began the clean up.
The condition of the driver was not immediately clear.
