Lohan Spends Less Than 5 Hours In Jail To Complete 30-Day Sentence

LYNWOOD (CBS) — Lindsay Lohan was released from the Century Regional Detention Facility Monday morning, just a few hours after she arrived to begin serving a 30-day jail sentence.

Authorities say she left the facility at 1:40 a.m., less than five hours after she was booked.

Lohan admitted that she violated the terms of her probation stemming from DUI and theft cases to Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner last week.

Her jail time may be over, but Lohan still has to complete 53 days of community service at the county morgue and 18 45-minute psychotherapy sessions by March 29, 2012.

If Lohan violates the terms of her new probation, a warrant will be issued for her arrest and she will be forced to serve another 270 days in jail.

"You need a structure, and this is a structure," Sautner told Lohan before the actress accepted the terms of her new probation.
