FULLERTON  (CBS) — A 22-year-old man who exposed himself to at least seven girls outside schools in Buena Park and Fullerton was sentenced Friday to 18 months in prison.

Ruben Rodriguez pleaded guilty August 23 to an attempted lewd act on a child under 14 and luring a child with the intent to commit a specified crime, both felonies.

He also admitted to two misdemeanor counts of annoying a child and indecent exposure, according to court records.

Rodriguez struck a plea deal with Deputy District Attorney Mark Birney. As part of the deal, 18 other misdemeanor counts were dropped.

According to the DA, Rodriguez’s were mostly teen girls and he did not touch any of them. He did ask one of the girls to touch him, Birney said.

once there was a time that people were naked a lot of the time. No one went to jail over it.
meanwhile violent criminals often dont get this much jail time.

So it’s okay if some Creep exposes himself to your underaged daughters?!?!
Gee, you wouldn’t happen to be a Liberal, would ya?

You and others like you annoying the cr@p out of everyone else. You’re not a republican unless you’re a politician. You’re just a puppet. Always quick to cry “Liberal”.

It’s also annoying how you blow things out of proportion. “reason” never said it was OK to expose yourself at this age in time. He just mentioned that there was once a time when it wasn’t a big deal.

I agree that this is a lot of jail time for a non violent crime. It sounds like this individual is mentally ill and should be rehabilitated.
