Sheen, Warner Bros. Settle Lawsuit Over 'Men' Firing

LOS ANGELES (CBS/AP) — Charlie Sheen's legal fight with his former "Two and a Half Men" bosses is over.

Warner Bros. Television released a statement Monday regarding the $100 million lawsuit against the studio and series executive producer Chuck Lorre.

"Warner Bros. Television, Chuck Lorre and Charlie Sheen have resolved their dispute to the parties' mutual satisfaction. The pending lawsuit and arbitration will be dismissed as to all parties. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality over the terms of the settlement."

Sheen, 45, filed the suit on March 10 in Santa Monica Superior Court, three days after he was fired from the show.

Although Sheen has lobbed verbal attacks against both Warner Bros. and Lorre, the actor has struck a more conciliatory tone lately. At the Emmy Awards, he publicly wished former cast mates well on their new season, which features Ashton Kutcher playing a new character that replaces Sheen's role as philandering Charlie Harper.

He also won't be talking about the settlement -- Warner Bros. statement says the terms are confidential.

Calls to attorneys for Sheen and Lorre were not immediately returned.
