Moreno Valley Police Conduct DUI Sweep

MORENO VALLEY (CBS) — Moreno Valley police conducted a drunken driving warrant sweep in the city, the sheriff's department said.

Saturday's sweep targeted 204 locations, with 101 warrants served and one arrest made for possession of a controlled substance, according to Sheriff's Sgt. Jacqueline Horton.

"The focus of the warrant sweep is to reduce DUI and injury collisions by serving outstanding arrest warrants for those subjects who are wanted in connection with a DUI," Horton said.
