New Long Beach Store Offers Its Merchandise For Free
LONG BEACH (CBS) — A new store in Long Beach has an even better price than 99 cents for everything it sells – free!
The Long Beach Free Store encourages its shoppers share what they have and find what they need, to promote the value of sharing and community building.
The store carries anything and everything from housewares to clothes to patio furniture. All items "for sale" are donated.
Because the Free Store is run by volunteers in the Catalyst Community Space, its hours vary and are listed on its website. Items for donation should only be brought in during Free Store hours.
