LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A Nigerian man accused of breaching layers of security by using an expired boarding pass with someone else’s name to get aboard a cross-country flight has pleaded guilty to a stowaway charge in Los Angeles.

Olajide Oluwaseun Noibi, 24, is charged with using an expired boarding pass in June to take a Virgin America flight from New York to Los Angeles.

Police arrested Noibi on June 29 at LAX after he made it past a security checkpoint with an expired boarding pass issued to another passenger.

He faces up to five years in prison when he is sentenced on Nov. 28.

Now this is REAL STUPID!!!! Why jail him, all he did was present an expired boarding pass, the ones that should be fired and jailed are the people who allowed him to get by and board the plane. Had they noticed the expired boarding pass nothing would have happened.

The FBI and DEA fabricate evidence, steal from suspects and use murder to close bad cases.
How is it that 12 of the 9/11 terrorists could live for 2 weeks just 2 miles from NSA head quarters in Maryland.
This after several of them had taken flight simulator lessons on Jumbo jet trainers and several of them where on State department terror watch lists.
There is evidence that employees from DoD, CIA and DOJ accepted bribes from Al Quida.
If DoJ and DoD employees where more concerned with doing their jobs than enriching themselves by stealing from suspects and taking bribes, then there might have been more a chance that 9/11 had never happened.
