Riverside Police Seek 2 Suspects In Check N Go Robbery
RIVERSIDE (CBS) — Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects involved in an armed robbery at a Check N Go in Riverside seen in this YouTube video.
The robbery took place in the 10400 block of Magnolia Avenue about 10:45 a.m. on July 23, according to a news release issued by the Riverside Police Department.
According to police, one of the suspects approached the counter, brandished a weapon and took off with an undisclosed amount of monies. The second suspect reportedly acted as a lookout.
Both suspects are African-American males. The first is 5'10, weighs about 180 pounds and is between 25-30 years of age. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, green and yellow plaid shorts and a dark NY Yankees baseball hat.
The second suspect, seen in this photo, is 6'2, weighs about 150 pounds and was last seen wearing a red hoodie with the phrase "Cypress Woods Wildcats" written across along with blue cargo shorts, a red baseball cap and dark colored gloves. He is believed to be about 20 years old.
