LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Streets surrounding the Staples Center are expected to be closed for a second full day to accommodate an X Games auto race.

The street closures include Figueroa Street between Pico Boulevard and Chick Hearn Court; Pico Boulevard  between Figueroa Street and Cherry Street; and 12th Street between Flower Street and Figueroa Street, according to the Los Angeles Department of Transportation.

The streets are scheduled to be reopened at 4 a.m. Monday.

The closures are to accommodate a three-quarter mile street course, which includes two sections of raw dirt, for Sunday’s Rally Cross race.

This is the first time there has been a rally street circuit in the X Games, which are now in their 17th year.
