Woman, 24, Killed In Huntington Beach Hit-And-Run Crash

HUNTINGTON BEACH (CBS) — A young woman was killed in a hit and run accident in Huntington Beach early Friday morning.

Oriana Millan, 24, was walking with a group of friends in a lighted crosswalk when she was fatally hit by a light-colored Toyota Camry. The accident happened at the intersection of Brookhurst Street and Atlanta Avenue around 2 a.m., Huntington Beach police said.

Millian was pronounced dead at the scene.

A man, in his mid 20s, was also hurt in the accident and was hospitalized in stable condition.

A suspect was arrested for Felony Hit and Run around 4 a.m. in Laguna Beach, police said. The suspect's identity was not released.
