Juan Rivera Debuts With Homer For Dodgers
(CBS) -- Juan Rivera wasted no time in making an impact for his new team, lining the first pitch he saw as a Dodger into the stands in left.
In his second at-bat, Rivera singled and scored, helping the Dodgers take a 2-0 lead in the fourth inning.
Rivera was acquired from the Toronto Blue Jays on Tuesday for a player to be named later.
LF has been an adventure this season, Rivera is the 9th player this season to play the position.
