Winchester Man, 28, Accused Of Murdering Uncle

TEMECULA (CBS) — A Winchester man suspected of killing his uncle was behind bars Thursday.

Kyle Miller, 28, was arrested on suspicion of murdering 53-year-old Bradley Capen.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, deputies were sent to the victim's Temecula home in the 44900 block of Los Caballos Road shortly after 9 a.m. Wednesday to investigate a report of an assault.

Capen's body was discovered inside the house.

Sheriff's Sgt. Brian Reno alleged that evidence linked Miller to the attack, and he was arrested without incident hours later at his residence.

The suspect was booked into the Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta, where's he's being held in lieu of $1 million bail.
