Misdemeanor Case Dismissed Against Lindsay Lohan's Father
BEVERLY HILLS (CBS) — A misdemeanor count of corporal injury to a cohabitant was dismissed Tuesday against Lindsay Lohan's father, after the prosecution announced it was unable to locate the alleged victim in the case.
"We will not refile," said Sandi Gibbons of the District Attorney's Office.
KNX 1070's Pete Demetriou reports.
Michael Lohan, 51, was charged March 23 with the misdemeanor count, two days after the alleged run-in with a former live-in girlfriend in West Hollywood.
Lohan's attorney, Dana Cole, said his client was "obviously very relieved" that the case was dismissed.
