Ex-'Survivor' Producer Accused Of Killing Wife Fights Off Creditors

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — The former TV show producer accused of killing his wife during a family vacation in Mexico is fighting off creditors.

Bruce Beresford-Redman's sister-in-law and her family attorney appeared in court Tuesday for a probate hearing regarding the couple's estate.

The family's home is in foreclosure and an unlawful detainer has been filed against the restaurant.

At the hearing, they talked about selling the couple's Porsche.

Beresford-Redman's extradition hearing is scheduled for next week.
