AZUSA (CBS) — A 23-year-old South Pasadena officer has died while training at Burro Canyon Shooting Range.
California Highway Patrol Officer Ming Hsu said the officer, identified as Kevin Sandoval of Covina, was training with officers when he collapsed and struck his head.
