BURBANK (CBS) — Burbank firefighters used a hacksaw to separate a 3-year-old girl’s head from a potty seat, a fire captain said Saturday.

“I was there when it happened. They bought her a new potty seat and she decided to put it on her head,” Burbank Fire Department Capt. Ron Bell said.
