SOUTH SAN GABRIEL (CBS) — Authorities Saturday were investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man in an unincorporated area of South San Gabriel.

The victim, described as a male Hispanic adult, was shot about 1:15 a.m. Saturday on Grandview and Orange, according to authorities.

Sheriff’s Sgt. Bill Marsh told the San Gabriel Valley Tribune that the victim had just left his home and walked around the corner when gunshots were heard. He said neighbors came out and found the victim lying in the street, shot multiple times in the upper torso.

The man was taken to USC Medical Center, where he later died.

Sheriff’s deputies later stopped a car matching a description given by a witness and took the driver in for questioning, the San Gabriel Valley Tribune reported.

The driver, a “person of interest,” was not arrested. A suspect remains at large.

Detectives are investigating whether he or the victim had any gang ties, Marsh told the newspaper.

The DEA fabricate evidence and steal from suspects. They will string a suspect on for 20 years stealing from him/her.
In the San Francisco bay area you can see many of these corrupt DEA (State and Federal versions) driving $70,000+ cars, wearing expensive watches and wearing high end clothing. They boost their income by stealing from suspects. Some of the items stolen are sold other items are kept. Who best to know other than law enforcement what could be tracked back to them
They then use murder to close these bad cases.
