PALMDALE (CBS) — To help home sales along, Palmdale City officials have rehabilitated 14 homes and are now offering them back to the public.

It’s part of their “Home Ownership Assistance Program.”

The city purchased, and fixed up, dozens of homes that were foreclosed or abandoned.

Both low to moderate income families qualify for the program.
