LOS ANGELES (CBS) — The Los Angeles Dodgers are bringing new meaning to the phrase “Dodger dogs” with the team’s second annual Bark in the Park promotion.

Fans and their furry friends will be welcomed with open arms (or paws) at Dodger Stadium Saturday to watch the team take on the Florida Marlins.

A pup rally is expected to begin at 5:10 p.m. in Parking Lot G between the right and left field pavilions where fans will check in with their dogs and receive a goodie bag.

It will include a skateboarding demonstration by Tillman, a bulldog who has appeared on commercials and was a contestant on the CBS series “Greatest American Dog.” Contests are also expected to be held to determine which dog looks most like Tillman, who shows the most Dodger spirit and the largest and smallest dogs.

A portion of the proceeds from Bark in the Park will be donated to the Society of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Los Angeles.

Tickets are $30 each and tickets for dogs are limited as officials expect a sell out. For more information, click on Related Links.
