(CBS) — Former Mater Dei HS  baseball standout Cory Hahn is back home doing outpatient rehabilitation from neck surgery, according to Jeff Metcalfe of the Arizona Republic.

Hahn, a freshman at Arizona State suffered a neck injury while sliding back on February 19th.

The family has not commented on his condition.

A support fund has now been set up for the 2010  Cal-Hi Sports Mr. Baseball Player of the Year.

Donations are being accepted for Hahn at Campus Ministry, Cory Hahn Fund, Mater Dei High School, 1202. W. Edinger Ave., Santa Ana,  CA 92707.
