City Attorney Mulls Charges For Traffic Officers In Porn Flick

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — It could be a career-killing acting debut for two city traffic officers who allegedly filmed a pornographic movie while on duty.

KNX 1070's Ed Mertz reports the city attorney's office is now reviewing the tape for possible charges while the two officers are getting paid time off.

The city Dept. of Transportation has pledged swift and appropriate action for the duo, who are seen in uniform on tape interacting with an adult video actress.

"This is unacceptable behavior, and the department does not tolerate that from any of our employees," said LADOT spokesman Bruce Gillman.

The tape shows various sexual scenarios, including the woman spanking an officer and getting spanked by an officer.

LADOT officials said the two employees -- now on administrative leave -- face swift and decisive action if the allegations of inappropriate behavior are proven.
