LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A Los Angeles-based company has recalled their Serrano peppers because they may be contaminated with Salmonella.

World Variety Produce, Inc., announced they were recalling those peppers sold in Walmart stores in Wisconsin, Montana, Utah and Wyoming and Jewel-Osco stores in Illinois between the dates of March 1 through March 18.

There have been no reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

Consumers with questions may contact World Variety Produce, Inc. at (800) 588-0151 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. EDT.
