ARCADIA (CBS) — Earlier this week, just a  few days before the 20th anniversary of his beat down by police, Rodney King was pulled over by cops in Arcadia.

At least this time he wasn’t punched, pummeled, kicked and knocked around.

King, in a green Mitsubishi, was cited for driving on a suspended license. He was not charged with the erratic driving.

In the 20 years since King became a household name, he’s had several scrapes with the law, crashed a car in 2003, a couple of stints on reality TV shows (most notably “Celebrity Rehab” and “Sober House”) and was even shot in the face by birdshot from a shotgun in 2007.
