Manhattan Beach Fire Causes $1M In Damage

MANHATTAN BEACH (AP) — A weekend fire at a Manhattan Beach building has caused an estimated $1 million in damage.

It only took about 10 minutes to knock down Saturday's fire at the two-story business complex but fire Battalion Chief John Weber says it destroyed at least three offices.

No injuries are reported.

Weber tells the Daily Breeze of Torrance that the blaze apparently started in a dentist's office.
