STUDIO CITY, Calif. (CBS) – The 3rd Annual Sports Central Signing Day Special featured some of the top prospects of the 2011 recruiting class in Southern California.  Crenshaw OL Marcus Martin, Edison DE Charles Burks, Palisades RB Malcolm Creer, and Thousand Oaks WR Richard Mullaney all came in discuss their college choices.
 
Montclair Prep DE Stephan Nembot, and Rancho Verde teammates DB Ryan Henderson and WR/TE Junior Pomee made live announcements.  We also took a look at the 2012 recruiting class with top 2012 recruit, Venice WR Gabriel Marks and B2G co-founder, Ron Allen.

Crenshaw OL Marcus Martin and Edison DE Charles Burks (USC):

Crenshaw OL Marcus Martin and Edison DE Charles Burks paid a visit to our Sports Central studios in Studio City as part of our 3rd Annual Signing Day Special. Both Martin and and Burks have signed the National Letters of Intent to play for USC and Lane Kiffin. They are a part of another Top-5 recruiting class for the Trojans.

Montclair Prep DL Stephan Nembot (Colorado)

Who would have ever thought football was in the cards for Montclair Prep DL Stephan Nembot.  Coming from Cameroon, Nembot was originally in the States to play basketball but coaches thought otherwise and lined him up on the football field.  He’s played just two years of football and now he’s headed to Colorado as he announced live on our 3rd Annual Signing Day Special. 
 
Nembot originally committed to Washington State before switching to Washington.  On Signing Day, it was Colorado that got the signature.

Palisades RB Malcolm Creer (Colorado) and Thousand Oaks Richard Mullaney (Oregon State):

A tale of two stories.  Palisades RB Malcolm Creer is an athlete that did not receive much attention on the recruiting front until his senior year.  Meanwhile, Thousand Oaks WR Richard Mullaney was one of the most sought after wideouts in the country and an Parade All-American. 
 
Creer is headed to Colorado.  Mullaney will go to Oregon State.  They both joined us on our 3rd Annual Signing Day Special. 

Rancho Verde DB Ryan Henderson and TE/WR Junior Pomee:

Rancho Verde teammates DB Ryan Henderson and TE/WR Junior Pomee are close friends and discussed plans to play together beyond high school.  In the crazy world of recruiting, plans don’t always pan out.  However, in the case of these two, they will team up once again at USC as they announced live on our 3rd Annual Signing Day Special.

2012 Recruit Venice WR Gabriel Marks and B2G Co-founder Ron Allen:

With the 2011 class all but in the books, its time to fast forward to 2012.  One of next years top recruits, Venice WR Gabriel Marks, and B2G Co-founder, Ron Allen discussed some of next years top guys and buttoned up 2011 on our 3rd Annual Signing Day Special.
