Garden Grove Soldier Killed In Baghdad

GARDEN GROVE (CBS) — A 21-year-old soldier from Garden Grove died in Iraq from wounds suffered when insurgents attacked his unit with a rocket-propelled grenade, U.S officials announced Monday.

Spc. Jose A. Torre Jr. died Saturday in Baghdad.

He was assigned to the Special Troops Battalion, 2nd Advise and Assist Brigade, First Infantry Division, based in Fort Riley, Kansas.
