Stolen Car Suspect Slams Into Several Vehicles During Chase
LOS ANGELES (CBS) - A suspect in a stolen car crashed into several vehicles Thursday night, just off the Santa Monica (10) Freeway in the Mid-City area, police said.
The collisions occurred after police were following a suspect spotted in a stolen vehicle around 8:20 p.m.
The suspect was first spotted near Normandie Avenue and Martin Luther King Boulevard in South Los Angeles, said Officer Norma Eisenman of the Los Angeles Police Department.
One person — believed to be the chase suspect — was taken to a hospital by ambulance, KCAL-TV Channel 9 reported.
The suspect's condition is not known.
