WESTMINSTER (AP) — A former Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy has pleaded guilty to the off-duty firing of a weapon in her Westminster home and filing a false police report against her ex-husband.
Orange County prosecutors say 43-year-old Patricia Bojorquez entered the plea Thursday to a felony count of discharging a firearm with gross negligence and a misdemeanor count of falsely reporting a crime.
