Oscar Nomination Ballots Mailed To Academy Members
BEVERLY HILLS (CBS) — Oscar nomination ballots have been mailed to the 5,755 voting members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
The completed ballots, which were mailed Monday, must be returned to PricewaterhouseCoopers by 5 p.m. on Jan. 14. Oscar nominations will be announced Jan. 25.
PricewaterhouseCoopers verifies each numbered ballot before it is mailed to ensure there are no duplicates, according to the Academy.
The 83rd annual Academy Awards will be presented Feb. 27 at the Kodak Theatre.
