STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Impress your friends this holiday season with new holiday cocktails and mocktails for the season.

Paul Pierce of McCormick & Schmick’s in Beverly Hills will visit KCAL 9 Studios to show Dave Gonzales and Sandra Mitchell how to mix a few of their new concoctions, like the Winterberry Mojito and the Poinsettia.

The Poinsettia

Ingredients:
1 fresh raspberry
¼ oz. simple syrup
1 oz. Stoli Razberi Vodka
2 oz. Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice
1 oz. Chandon Brut Sparkling Wine
Long orange curl, to garnish

Instructions:
Muddle the raspberry and simple syrup; shake with Stoli Razberi Vodka, Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice and ice. Top with Chandon Brut Sparkling Wine and garnish with long orange curl. Strain and serve in a flute.

Winterberry Mojito

Ingredients:
10 mint leaves
¾ oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
2 fresh blackberries
2 fresh raspberries
1 ½ oz. Cruzan Aged Light Rum
1 oz. club soda
Mint sprig, to garnish

Instructions:
Muddle the mint leaves, lime juice, simple syrup, blackberries and raspberries together. Shake the mixture with Cruzan Aged Light Rum and top with club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve in a pint glass.
