Andrew Bynum Practices Pain Free

EL SEGUNDO (AP) -Center Andrew Bynum has participated in his first full practice with the Los Angeles Lakers since offseason knee surgery.

Bynum still wasn't sure Monday when he'll return to the Lakers' starting lineup, but he intends to play in December.

Bynum reported no swelling or soreness after scrimmaging with his teammates at the Lakers' training complex.

Los Angeles' demanding schedule on its upcoming road trip will limit Bynum's opportunities for more practice, but he'll work out daily to continue building strength.

Bynum had surgery in late July to repair a partially torn ligament in his right knee. He initially expected to be ready for training camp but hasn't played since the Lakers won their second straight NBA title.
