Mel Gibson, Oksana Grigorieva Back Behind Closed Courtroom Doors
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Mel Gibson and his ex, Oksana Grigorieva, are back behind closed doors Monday at a downtown Los Angeles courtroom for the second time in less than two weeks in their increasingly bitter custody battle over their 12-month-old daughter, Lucia.

The 54-year-old actor was escorted into court by sheriff's deputies for the session before Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon.
The couple now shares custody of their daughter, with Gibson seeing her every other day and providing a nanny to help care for the child during overnight visits, according to reports.
Grigorieva claims she was subjected to verbal and physical abuse at Gibson's hands. He says she tried to extort millions from him in return for phone recordings she made after their relationship ended in April.
